Booking

Check price and availability on book/price. Bookings can be made by sending an e-mail to info@letsstayinbudapest.com or by going to Contact us and fill out the form. A booking confirmation will be sent to you after the booking.

Payment

Payment is done in cash at arrival to our contact person on location.

Deposit

A deposit of HUF 25 000 (EUR 100) has to be paid when arriving at the apartment. If the apartment is left in the same condition as it was when arriving, this deposit will be paid back when leaving.

Please note that in case of theft, or any damage to the objects in the apartment, a financial compensation will be debited from the deposit.

Checking in

The earliest time for checking in is 14.00. Earlier check-in times may be possible after checking with us. Please give us an approximate time of arrival to the apartment when making a booking. When arriving to Budapest kindly send an SMS or call our representative to confirm the time of arrival. Our representative will be waiting for you at the apartment with a key and she will also show you around inside. It’s now that the payment should be done.

Checking out

Latest check out time is 12.00. We ask you to inform our representative a couple of hours before leaving by SMS or by calling. Do not forget to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. Our representative will check the apartment and if everything is in order the deposit will be paid back. Remember to be on time so you don’t miss your flight.

Parking

There are several parking possibilities within 100 meters from the apartment:

• protected carpark on Rumbach Sebestyén Street, price: HUF 3000 for 24 hours or HUF 300 per hour

• parking lots on the street outside the apartment, price: HUF 210 per hour 08.00-18.00 Monday-Friday, otherwise free
