For all the transactions made under your name on letsstayinbudapest.com you are financially responsible. In case of paying with bank- or credit card the whole amount of the booking has to be paid.

You are responsible to give correct information about your co-travellers.

To book the apartment on www.letsstayinbudapest.com the minimum age is 18 years.

Letsstayinbudapest.com is not responsible for wrongly filled in bookings. When making a booking you are responsible for checking all the details such as date of arrival, date of departure, number of nights and number of persons. If any details are filled in incorrectly we kindly ask you to inform us immediately, since we cannot guarantee to be able to make changes afterwards.
 
Booking confirmation
 
A booking confirmation will be sent by mail after every booking. It is very important to take this confirmation with you when arriving to the apartment, since it is the proof of the payment.
 
Payment
 
As mentioned above the payment has to be done by booking. Other ways of payment, apart from paying with bank- or credit card or via bank transfer, cannot be accepted.

When cancelling within 30 calendar days before arrival date a booking fee of EUR 30 is to be debited. The rest of the amount will be paid back.
